Join us Saturday, October 5th for the 17th Annual Walk and Wag to End Domestic Violence. This event will take place at the beautiful 2-mile walking path around Chet Hobert Park in Berryville, VA. This is a pet-friendly event, so bring your four-legged friend along! Even if you don’t have a pet, come out to enjoy the nice fall weather and support survivors of domestic and sexual violence in our community.
Tickets are available now at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/walk-wag-to-end-domestic-violence-tickets-995492594147?aff=oddtdtcreator.
Tickets are $25 for an individual walker, $125 for a Team (up to 6 walkers), and children under 5 walk for free. There will be donuts, coffee, door prizes, & a pet costume contest!
All proceeds benefit the individuals and families who use The Laurel Center services. The Laurel Center is a dual program offering services to victims of both domestic and sexual violence in Winchester City and Clarke, Frederick, and Warren counties. The Laurel Center empowers those affected by domestic and sexual violence by providing emergency shelter, advocacy, outreach, support services, education, and awareness.
