This group is appropriate for any individual who is currently experiencing or has experienced intimate partner violence. Yes, all forms of domestic violence count! Domestic violence includes mental/emotional abuse, physical abuse, and sexual abuse. It provides a safe place to consider the effects of abuse on your life while providing social support and positive feedback from other victims/survivors. The overall goals of the group are to restore a more hopeful outlook while empowering you with healthy coping strategies. It is designed to be “drop in” meaning you can attend each session or just when you need support. Please call before participating the first time to make sure the group is a good fit for your needs.
