Geneva Jackson's Cake Bake-Off

Come out to the Clarke County Farmer’s Market on October 16th for Geneva Jackson’s Cake Bake-Off! More information to come. All proceeds benefit The Laurel Center.

Bakers of all ages can present their best cakes for legendary cook and certified food judge Ms. Geneva Jackson. There will be categories for frosted and unfrosted cakes. Registration is held day-of at the market. Entries must include baker’s name, phone number, and list of ingredients. Cakes must be entered by 10 a.m., judging begins at 10:30 a.m., and winners are announced at 11 a.m. The entry fee is $10 per cake and prizes will be awarded for the top 3 cakes. All proceeds benefit the Laurel Center Intervention for Domestic and Sexual Violence.
