October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month!
Join us at 7:00pm October 16th on the back steps of the Judicial Center for our annual Candlelight Vigil.
The Vigil is held each year to remember those lost to domestic violence and honor those who have survived.
The evening will include music by the Sherando High School Choir, Guess speakers and poetry readings and the Silent Witness and Clothesline Project.
Empty Bowl Supper

Friday, November 7th 5pm - 7:30 at Fellowship Bible Church on Middle Road in Winchester.
The potters donate 300 hand-thrown bowls for The Empty Bowl Supper!
Participants have the experience of a soup line, then select a hand-thrown bowl to fill with their choice of gourmet soup donated by local businesses and later take the bowl home!
There will be a silent auction of donated items which include collectible art, household decorations, theme baskets, store gift certificates, handmade items, and much more!
Tickets are $35 each and must be paid in advance by October 27th.
